It’s good to see you here! I’m so glad that you found this space. Here’s a little bit more about what I offer. My approach is trauma-informed, with each session co-created around your needs. Whether you are looking for focused therapeutic pain relief, support through life transitions, or simply a space to rest, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
I’m a nationally board certified and locally licensed massage therapist. I’ve been in professional practice since 2001, but have had warm hands since birth. I always joke that I have my Nonna’s hands, and that feels true. From an early age I was drawn to touch as a way of soothing, connecting, and caring for others. That sense of warmth and intuition has been at the heart of my work for over two decades.
My work is an intuitive blend of nurturing therapeutic massage modalities to support the restoration of harmony and balance to body and mind.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of supporting thousands of people on their healing journeys. My practice is grounded in advanced training, blending nurturing presence with precise, therapeutic techniques.
I specialize in a wide range of modalities, including: Deep Tissue & Relaxation Massage, Prenatal, Labor, and Postpartum Massage, Abdominal Therapy (also known as Mayan Abdominal Massage/Arvigo Therapy), Craniosacral Therapy & SomatoEmotional Release , Intraoral/TMJ/Buccal Massage, Cupping Therapy, Reiki, & Hot Stone Massage.
Massage therapy, to me, is a beautiful weaving of modalities that help restore balance to body and mind. Our appointments will be a blend of techniques to suit where you are in the moment. I honor your inner knowing and value your feedback so we can craft the healing session that is right for you.
As a lifelong learner, I am continually deepening my studies in the field of healing arts. Currently, I am training to become a certified Peristeam Facilitator through the Steamy Chick Institute, with additional study in Reproductive Health, Gender-Affirming Care, and in the near future Manual Lymph Drainage with the Chikly Institute.
At its heart, my work is about creating a safe, restorative space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered in your own healing. I look forward to sharing space with you.
